AS PART OF THE STORE TEAMPolène boutiques embody our brand’s universe, reflecting our positioning that attracts a high‑end, international clientele. Our new store requires experienced individuals capable of delivering remarkable experiences to our demanding customers. Your main responsabilities are:
Sales team management
- As the right‑hand person to the Store Manager, you coordinate all team activities and promote collaboration by ensuring information is shared.
- You ensure that the team understands and implements the brand strategy.
- You manage stockists to help them achieve their goals.
- You will organize regular meetings with the store's stock community, ensuring that the team is familiar with internal procedures and can train newcomers.
- You will contribute to the planning of store activities and resources (schedules, lunch breaks) and the preparation of morning meetings.
Contribute to Polène's performance
- Manage and organize warehouse activities: receiving and checking deliveries, managing customer reservations, obsolete items, invoices, and packaging, relabeling products.
- Ensure the success and results of inventories by following procedures: inventories by product family and annual inventory.
- Propose improvements to operational processes, making improvements to the procurement system and logistics organization.
- Perform regular stock analyses to inform optimization considerations.
- In a dynamic environment, you are the point of reference for the organization and optimization of new storage spaces.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the luxury and/or leather goods sector.
- You demonstrate great autonomy and adaptability, with a dynamism that allows you to manage the flow of customers in the store.
- You have a strong appreciation for our products, craftsmanship, and the art of leather goods, which you can talk about with passion to our customers.
- You have a genuine spirit of collaboration and mutual support.
- You are able to deal with urgent situations and find quick solutions: flexibility is essential for us.
