Visual Merchandising Specialist: Floor & Window Displays

Job Details:
Attends regular floor walks in the store with the VM team and Sales Leaders and execute recommended changes
Responsible for implementation of changes to close gaps identified against the daily checklist during the floor walk
Ensure clearly communicated price ladder for each function in the assigned section / department
Proactively execute appropriate merchandising planning in the assigned area based on product movement and availability
Responsible for knowledge of complete information of all products in assigned section / department and communication of the same to In-store visual merchandisers and Sales Manager
Ensure implementation and execution of visual merchandising principles in the store with support from the Team Leader – VM
Responsible for execution of Key Merchandising Principles and Planograms in designated area
Support window execution and installation during the construction of window sets and in store display
Ensure execution of all displays as per guidelines that includes right product, lighting, windows and clear, accurate graphics
