• Take full ownership of store performance across sales, conversion, payroll, and shrink.
• Drive results through clear, actionable commercial strategies.
• Track performance daily and act fast to close gaps and maximize opportunities.

• Run a tight operation: stock, systems, and standards always on point.
• Protect company assets through disciplined inventory and loss prevention control.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

• Build a strong team: hire smart, develop consistently, and retain top talent.
• Coach with intent to elevate selling skills, product knowledge, and accountability.
• Keep the team aligned and energized through clear, regular communication.

• Set the standard for a high‑energy customer‑first environment.
• Lead on the floor: engage, sell, and support your team in real time.
• Deliver impactful visual merchandising and maintain a store that looks and feels exceptional.

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience as a Store Manager with a track record of results.
• Experience building and developing high‑performing teams.
• Strong command of business English (written and verbal).
• Solid systems and reporting capability (Outlook, Excel, SAP).
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
