Lead daily store operations by overseeing sales performance, inventory management, and customer service to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive growth and profitability while aligning with corporate objectives.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability among staff members.
• Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and attract customers, ensuring promotional displays reflect current campaigns.
• Maintain an in‑store environment that promotes a consistent brand experience and meets customer expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field with a solid foundational understanding of retail operations.
• Minimum of 7–8 years of retail management experience, showcasing a proven track record of driving sales and managing teams effectively.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Proven experience handling a large sales team.
• Deep understanding of diamonds and high‑value jewellery sales.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset with ownership mentality.
