What You Will Do

• Support the Store Manager in running the shop floor.
• Ensure the team delivers strong sales results, daily operations run smoothly, and customers receive a good in‑store experience.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering good customer service.
• Assist customers on the shop floor and step in when needed.
• Lead by example in selling and customer interaction.
• Ensure the shop floor is always covered, especially during busy periods.
• Guide and support the team to maintain good performance throughout the day.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and daily store activities accurately.
• Manage stock movements including receiving, transfers, and damages.
• Follow all store procedures and loss prevention guidelines.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Communicate daily targets, tasks, and updates clearly.
• Assist the Store Manager with basic reporting and store follow‑ups.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards.
• Ensure the store is always presentable and ready for customers.

• 6 months to 1 year experience in retail or hospitality supervising a team.
• Good level of English (spoken and written).
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, SAP).
