Executive Stock Counting Loss Prevention
Responsibilities
Perform stock count and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to the plan. Execute daily inventory counts and reconcile if the actual count differs, ensuring completeness and accuracy of the count.
End-to-end activity of the stock count process:
Plan, Execution, Analysis and Control. Oversee the complete inventory activities of the Retail and Supply Chain WH level according to company guidelines.
Perform inventory counts as per the assigned plan to ensure the correct number of stock availability against system records. Manage and train the team for accurate, smooth stock count activity.
Review documentation and monitor records to search for discrepancies, troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between system and manual records. Perform the scan to count and recount activities to minimize errors. Complete the activity as per the assigned timeline and handover the location to Retail WH according to standards.
Generate, prepare, and finalize inventory reports. Share the report with the Retail WH team for validation and sign-off as per timelines, completing sign-off reviews according to company SOPs.
Maintain positive relationships with Retail Warehouse and other department teams; ensure proper coordination and communication with stakeholders for an effective stock count.
Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures to maximize efficiency and cut operating costs. Maintain end-to-end records, communication checklists, feedback, and signoff documents for all assigned tasks.
Support other department requirements and ensure 100% completion on tasks as per the timeline. Maintain time discipline and bring new learning for on‑floor activity; manage time for both office and out‑locations. Bring improvements in day-to-day working to ensure smooth workflow and build efficiency. Able to work continuous night shift and travel to another country as per requirement and periods.
Plan to develop a new effective way of working and implement it among team members.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in inventory control, stock auditing, stock counting, warehouse or retail operations
- Hands‑on experience in physical stock counts, cycle counts, reconciliation, and variance analysis
- Knowledge of ERP/D3565 systems and strong Excel skills
- Experience handling end-to-end stock count activities (planning, execution, reporting, sign‑off)
- Ability to supervise and guide counting teams
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem‑solving ability
- Good coordination and communication with retail, warehouse, and cross‑functional teams
- Ability to meet strict timelines and maintain accurate documentation
- Willing to work night shifts and travel as required
