Job Summary
The Retail Store Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves leading the sales team, achieving targets, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to improve individual and team results.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Assist in stock management, inventory control, and replenishment.
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.
- Ensure store operations comply with company policies and procedures.
- Train and onboard new staff members.
- Support in scheduling, attendance monitoring, and team coordination.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in watches, eyewear, accessories, or luxury products.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Target-driven with strong sales acumen.
- Ability to handle customer issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- UAE retail experience is highly preferred.
- Multilingual skills are an advantage.
