• Assist customers in finding products and provide accurate information about features, benefits, and promotions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the shopping journey, including fitting room assistance and sales support.
• Process purchases efficiently at the cash counter and handle transactions accurately.
• Promote gift cards, loyalty programs, and additional products where appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked according to company standards.
• Capture customer information and update records when required.
• Thank customers for their visit and encourage them to return.
