Experience:

• Manage the store's daily operations, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Oversee sales targets and drive store performance to achieve goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales associates, providing training and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure appealing store presentation.
• Manage inventory levels and stock control effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or luxury goods sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques.
• Fluency in English and/or French; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
