Stock Take / Cycle Count / Negative Count / Mock Counts Stock Take Activities- Pre-Stock Take
: D-7 days clearing of all Technical/IT issues (Network, Software & PDT issues) by raising SR request to the IT team and tracking with standard stock take team and PDTs. - Identify issues (D-15 & D-7 days): trailer ship out, pending fulfilment, wrong POS transaction & normal returns, pending ASN’s, COD deliveries, customer collection, BSD/SSD/WSD invoices, DO’s & transfers (GIT), HH damage declaration and write offs; take necessary corrective actions with IT & inform all stakeholders.
- Preparing the store stock take schedule in coordination with Regional Concept Manager / Store Manager and executing the stock take in system.
- Plan & execution of mock FF count to detect issues and correct inventory before stock count.
- Bin codes creation, printing and sharing to store.
- System check – master sheet, PDT/Shala, reports, apps.
- Stock take team efficiency & productivity monitoring.
- Bin verification, variance validation (GC vs scan & SOH vs scan).
- Check on bin allocation and layout planning – physical verification (2 days before stock take).
- Auditor checklist, pre-stock take checklist.
- Snapshot to freeze SOH & upload the scan count in system.
- Share email for sign off, SMART action, reason analysis of top 100+ & low accuracy to stores and collect all data within 7 days of stock take.
- Publish stock take variance results; analyze shrinkage & inventory accuracy; share inputs to retail & LP team within 1 day of stock take.
- Share shrinkage & accuracy analysis from RLM with retail & LP.
- SMART action plan review and implementation.
- Monitor & deep‑analyse shrinkage & accuracy; share insights with Territory Head & Concept Finance Head.
- Planning & scheduling of cycle / negative count.
- Posting counts & publishing results.
- Reason analysis shared with RCM, LP & retail COE.
- Bin codes creation, printing and sharing to store.
- Original price revision.
- Sale price upload and deletion.
- PDT pricing – normal & sale.
- Sahla store pricing – normal & sale.
- RPM promo creation, validation, deletion.
- Staff stock order creation & write‑off.
- RESA error creation.
- Store RESA manual closure.
- Ensure optimum stock level maintained in stores.
- Seconds / trouble sale management at outlet or warehouse sale.
- Managing the range frame and representations.
