As a Beauty Advisor, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving sales and enhancing the overall shopping experience. Key Responsibilities- Offer personalized product recommendations, emphasizing their Features, Advantages, and Benefits to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products based on their preferences, including brand, variant, and color.
- Employ effective selling techniques such as upselling and cross-selling to boost Average Transaction Value.
- Monitor the availability of products, ensuring shelves are adequately stocked and well-presented.
- Safeguard merchandise to prevent theft or damage, while also monitoring product shelf life.
- Maintain commercial standards by replenishing displays, ensuring accurate pricing, and keeping the area clean and organized.
- Uphold exemplary customer service standards, including greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints promptly.
- Execute store promotions efficiently, utilizing marketing materials to communicate effectively with customers.
- Stay updated on price changes and ensure timely updates to shelf tags.
- Follow planograms and guidelines for product displays, ensuring consistency and visual appeal.
- Fulfill personal development plans and participate in company initiatives.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, including those related to attendance, punctuality, grooming standards, and code of conduct.
