A fast‑paced retail company in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store shelves are stocked with the latest products and promotions and that displays are visually appealing to customers. This position offers a salary of $1700 per month, as well as benefits including free visa and ticket.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of products
• Create visually appealing displays to showcase products and promotions
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategies for promoting products
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Analyze sales data to identify top‑selling products and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
• Ensure shelves are properly labeled with accurate pricing information
• Train and supervise junior merchandising staff

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with inventory management software is a plus
• Prior experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required
