• Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs and preferences.
• Deliver excellent customer service by providing product information, offering alternatives, and cross‑selling or upselling products.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store’s product range, ongoing promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store‑level sales targets (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Ensure merchandise is displayed and replenished in accordance with visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the store and fitting rooms.
• Follow stock management processes including receiving, price tagging, and storing of products.
• Assist in periodic stock takes, inventory audits, and reporting of discrepancies.
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently.
• Accurately process customer transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Handle cash and card transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Proactively engage in team meetings, sales huddles, and product knowledge sessions to stay aligned with store goals and initiatives.
• Communicate operational challenges, customer feedback, or product‑related issues promptly to store manager to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
