Role:
Party Coordinator / Play Area Attendant /Retail Assistant
The role involves planning and managing events from setup to breakdown, coordinating decorations, meals, mascots, invitations, and ensuring all details are prepared at least two days before each party. You will actively host and entertain children and guests through singing, dancing, games, balloon design, face painting, themed décor creation, piñata making, and mascot performance, while maintaining a lively and positive atmosphere and handling unexpected situations calmly.
When no events are scheduled, you will supervise the play area, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and guest engagement. In the retail space, you will greet customers promptly and politely, guide them through the store, answer questions, resolve complaints, follow procedures for special orders, perform price audits, process payments using POS systems, and contribute to sales through exceptional customer service. Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Requirements
