Senior Sales Associate - Fine Jewelry and Watches

We are looking for a Fine Jewelry and Watches Sales Specialist to be based in one of our boutiques in Dubai.

• Oversee operations of the FJ department in the boutique.
• Manage key sales and client relationships, using client books and database to optimize sales.
• Sell products and contribute to growth of sales in the store.
• Manage repair and transfer of pieces within and outside the region.
• Demonstrate effective teamwork and leadership, and coach/training sales teams on departmental collection training.
• Engage clients and build loyalty by conveying brand values.
• Maintain outstanding customer service as per company standards.
• Ensure the upkeep of the sales space and store image.
• Serve as an instrumental team player in day-to-day shop-floor functions within the boutique.
