Responsibilities
- In-Store Sales and Front Desk:
Assist customers with inquiries, process transactions, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming storefront. - Live Selling:
Host regular scheduled live-selling sessions on social media platforms to showcase products, answer viewer questions in real-time, and drive online sales. - Content Creation:
Plan and shoot engaging social media promotions, short videos, and Reels to boost brand awareness and highlight new arrivals. - Inventory Admin Support:
Keep track of in-store stock levels and coordinate with the e-commerce team to ensure product availability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Camera confidence:
Strong presence on camera, ability to host engaging live sessions, present products clearly, and maintain high energy. - Experience in retail sales and solid understanding of product knowledge.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive, sales-driven mindset.
- Experience in hosting engaging live sessions or strong passion for social media interaction.
- Basic familiarity with social commerce and related platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, etc.).
- Fluency in English required; additional languages and Arabic is a plus.
- Prior experience in similar retail or customer-facing role preferred.
- Flexibility to work on-site and availability to work during peak seasonal times.
