Store Manager
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store operations. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, manage staff, and maintain store standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to meet sales goals
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and timely replenishment
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with head office and other store managers on promotions and campaigns
