Senior Accountant with PRO experience Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Accountant & PRO, your responsibilities will include:
Accounting & Finance- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements.
- Handle bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Manage budgeting, financial analysis, and audits.
- Prepare and submit tax filings and reports.
- Liaise with government departments such as immigration, labor, and municipal authorities for permits, visas, and labor‑related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations and policies.
- Handle official correspondence with ministries, regulatory bodies, and government agencies.
- Manage employee visas, work permits, and residency documentation.
- Handle renewals, cancellations, and amendments of employee visas.
- Assist employees with family visa applications when required.
- Ensure company compliance with local laws and regulations, including trade license renewals and company registration requirements.
- Process and monitor renewals of company documents, insurance policies, and related legal documentation.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience in UAE VAT, payroll, budgeting, and bank reconciliation
- Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, Zoho, Quick Books, SAP, or ERP systems)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
- Ability to prepare financial statements and management reports
- Good understanding of UAE labor, immigration, and company licensing procedures
- Experience handling visa processing, Emirates , labor cards, medical, and government transactions
- Familiarity with portals such as MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Dubai Economy, and free zone authorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem‑solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
