Instock Associate, OHL

We are seeking a results‑oriented Instock Associate for the Other Hardlines Categories in GCC. The Instock Associate will be responsible for all aspects of the Instock role, including driving improved in‑stock inventory planning and forecasting, and initiatives to improve customer experience through collaboration across Retail, supply chain, and operations.

• Manage availability and inventory health, including improved in‑stock rates, inventory planning, and systematic forecasting for key categories.
• Drive meaningful data‑driven solutions to solve complex supply chain problems.
• Develop dashboards to enable better team efficiency through automation.
• Create and run buying forecasting scenarios to enable better buying decisions and ensure continuous improvement in the buying process.
• Step‑change vendor operational performance by acting as an internal consultant on forecasting and buying operations domain.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.

• Experience using SQL.
