Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee all aspects of retail operations, team performance, customer experience, and business growth. This role requires a hands–on leader who can build strong teams, implement effective systems, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence.
The Store Manager will be the primary point of communication between the retail operation and ownership, taking full responsibility for the performance, standards, and day‑to‑day management of the store.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, train, motivate, and develop the retail team.
- Recruit and build a high‑performing team aligned with company standards and culture.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a premium client experience at all times.
- Take full ownership of all store operations, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and proactively implement initiatives to increase revenue and conversion.
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Create, improve, and maintain operational systems and procedures.
- Coordinate closely with production, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, receiving, transfers, and replenishment.
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and operational challenges efficiently and professionally.
- Oversee retail systems, POS operations, payment gateways, and cash management procedures.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, presentation, and store appearance.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, operations, inventory, and team performance.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail management.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, footwear, watches, jewelry, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands preferred.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong commercial awareness and sales‑driven mindset.
- Experience managing retail systems, POS platforms, inventory systems, and payment gateways.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion, design, luxury products, and client experience.
- Strong attention to detail and a refined sense of taste.
- Highly accountable, proactive, and solution‑oriented.
