The successful candidate will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, managing retail teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. The role also involves taking leadership responsibility when acting on behalf of the Store Manager.
Store Operations & Management- Assist in developing and implementing store strategies aligned with Majid Al Futtaim Retail business objectives.
- Support daily store operations to ensure efficient and profitable performance.
- Monitor store productivity and recommend improvements to increase sales and operational efficiency.
- Analyze product assortment and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Ensure effective stock management, including inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandise deliveries, and minimizing out-of-stock situations.
- Maintain proper store presentation and ensure merchandise layouts comply with company standards.
- Support and motivate store teams to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist in training and developing employees to improve performance and productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Promote a customer-focused culture across all departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Maintain store hygiene, safety, and security standards.
- Monitor and safeguard company assets while ensuring proper maintenance and utilization.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, store supervision, or a similar leadership role.
- Experience in inventory management, customer service, and retail operations.
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve business objectives.
