Here’s your opportunity to join Ain Dubai as a Cash Control Associate and play a vital role in safeguarding the integrity of daily revenue operations. You will support cash control activities across admissions, food and beverage, retail and other revenue-generating areas, ensuring accurate reconciliations, compliance with financial controls, and timely reporting of collections.

In this role, you will:

• Validate daily cashier submissions, cash declarations, drop-safe envelopes and supporting documentation from operational outlets.
• Reconcile cash, card, voucher, foreign currency and other payment methods against system reports and sales records to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare daily reconciliation summaries, sales reports, deposit reports and exception reporting for review.
• Ensure collections are deposited accurately and on time, reconciling bank deposit records and supporting documentation.
• Review card settlements and investigate unmatched transactions with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and

  * * discrepancies, shortages, overages, missing documentation and other exceptions in accordance with established procedures.
• Support month-end activities, audit requirements and accurate financial record keeping.
• Maintain strong compliance with cash handling procedures, safeguarding controls and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate closely with operations, finance, treasury, banking partners and outlet teams to resolve reconciliation and collection issues.
• Support change float management, petty cash processes and cash planning during peak trading periods and special events.
• Utilise finance and reconciliation systems to monitor transactions, upload supporting records and contribute to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with audit requests, management reporting and ad hoc financial analysis related to cash control activities.

You should have:

• A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in cash handling, cashiering, finance operations, revenue control, reconciliation or a similar finance role.
