Sales Associate – Forever | Apparel Group | UAE

Forever New is looking for a Sales Associate to support its retail operations in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, achieving store sales objectives, maintaining brand standards, and providing customers with a positive retail shopping experience.

The Sales Associate will assist customers with product selection, promote loyalty programs, maintain merchandise presentation, operate the POS system, and support daily store operations according to company policies and procedures.

Customer Service & Sales

• Welcome customers and understand their needs to recommend suitable products.
• Provide a professional and friendly shopping experience throughout the customer journey.
• Convert potential customers into buyers through effective product presentation and selling techniques.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage customer retention and repeat purchases.
• Follow the company’s GUEST selling approach:
  Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, and Thank
  .
• Maintain knowledge of Forever New and other relevant group brands to support suggestive selling and cross-selling.
• Work toward achieving individual and store sales targets.

Grooming, Product Knowledge & Professionalism

• Maintain a professional, presentable, and well-groomed appearance at all times.
• Stay updated on product features, collections, promotions, and relevant brand information.
• Follow company guidelines and retail service standards.
• Take appropriate care of merchandise and follow procedures designed to minimize stock loss.
• Remain flexible to work extended hours during promotional campaigns and busy sale periods.

Merchandising & Visual Presentation

• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and arranged according to approved store layouts.
• Follow visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and maintain required stock presentation standards.
• Keep shelves, displays, and selling areas organized and attractive to customers.
• Support stock replenishment and ensure products are available on the sales floor.
• Record inventory movement and maintain accurate inward and outward stock records.

POS & Cash Handling

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) and billing counter efficiently.
• Accurately count and reconcile cash in the till at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Process customer transactions, including cash, credit cards, vouchers, and other approved payment methods.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately according to company procedures.
• Maintain accuracy and professionalism while handling customer payments.

Store Operations, Security & Compliance

• Maintain awareness of store security and follow loss prevention procedures.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company loss prevention policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sales figures and other business information.
• Support store maintenance and daily operational activities as assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Be flexible to work different shifts, extended hours, and overtime according to business requirements.
