The Wi-Fi Solutions Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing Telco partners.
Responsibilities:This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Wi‑Fi Solutions Sales Account Manager located in Riyadh Region. The Wi‑Fi Solutions Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, generating leads, and effectively communicating with clients. Day‑to‑day tasks include meeting sales targets, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing and delivering presentations on Wi‑Fi solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Preferred Qualifications:- Education/Certification: Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Account Management and Lead Generation skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience: 5-7 Years of experience in the similar field
