Urgent requirement for Sales Coordinator - expertise in MS Office, handling inquiries from organization and other key clients / drilling contractors.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator with expertise in MS Office, handling inquiries from ADNOC and other key clients / drilling contractors. Expert using ARIBA Portal, Work and product group registration with ADNOC.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and submit tenders.
- Handle client inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
- Complete WG & PG documentation.
- Maintain organized records and generate sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Liaise with production and serve as an end-to-end execution specialist.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and tender procedures.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- 2-3 years in sales coordination in UAE preferred.
