We are seeking a highly driven, hunter-minded Senior Sales & Business Development Executive for our Client, a market leader in guest experience, visitor analytics, and engagement since 2004
.
This role is 100% revenue-focused
, responsible for new business acquisition, aggressive lead generation, full-cycle sales ownership, and deal closure across MENA and international markets
.
This position suits a self-starter, closer, and relationship builder who thrives in fast-paced environments and is motivated by targets, performance, and results.
Key Responsibilities- Aggressively hunt for new business through cold calling, direct outreach, face‑to‑face meetings, events, and on‑site client visits.
- Own the entire sales cycle
: prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, solution pitching, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals
. - Convert both outbound and inbound leads into qualified opportunities and signed contracts
. - Execute and optimize email campaigns, social selling, Linked In outreach, and CRM‑based prospecting to continuously feed the pipeline.
- Qualify leads decisively against budget, authority, need, and timing (BANT or similar frameworks).
- Prepare and lead RFP, RFI, RFQ responses
, ensuring strong commercial positioning and competitive differentiation. - Build and maintain a strong, healthy, and forecastable sales pipeline with clear ownership and accountability.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships and high‑value accounts
, targeting senior executives and decision‑makers. - Lead commercial negotiations
, pricing discussions, and contract finalization to successful close. - Maintain accurate CRM data, track sales KPIs, forecast revenue, and report on pipeline performance.
- Work closely with marketing to maximize lead‑to‑opportunity and opportunity‑to‑win conversion rates
. - Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and industry forums.
- Proven success in hunter‑style B2B sales
, combining lead generation and direct closing
. - Demonstrated ability to open doors, create opportunities from scratch, and close complex deals
. - Strong experience in international sales and cross‑border relationship building
, preferably within MENA. - Highly target‑driven
, resilient, and comfortable with rejection and high‑volume outreach. - Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and objection‑handling skills
. - Consultative sales mindset with the confidence to challenge clients and sell value, not price.
- Strong research, CRM management, pipeline discipline, and data‑driven sales approach
. - Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and consistently deliver against revenue targets.
- Fluent English & Arabic (spoken & written) is mandatory.
- Associate degree in business or equivalent professional sales experience.
