Responsibilities
- Review the qualifications of newly opened customers
- Place orders on behalf, check the product catalog, verify via Whats App, and send quotations
- Track logistics delivery information (this responsibility will no longer exist after the implementation of the WMS TMS system)
- Pre‑sales and after‑sales consultation, reconciliation of bills, and verification of whether physical invoices are aligned with the new system
- Follow up on payment collection status, assist sales in collecting payments, and provide reminders
- Performance of existing customers increases
- More than 5 years of sales assistant experience
- Proficient in English is a priority
- Data analysis skills (Excel/Tableau), proficiency in system usage
- Strong sense of responsibility, honesty and without record of bad integrity
