Join Out Systems to drive growth in Saudi Arabia’s Smart Cities & Urban Development sector as a Senior Account Executive. We seek an emotionally intelligent, data‑driven sales leader who excels in a fast‑paced environment and possesses proven sales success.

About This Role

Out Systems is a global low‑code platform that enables enterprises to build AI‑powered applications and agents. As a region‑specific Sales leader, you will own the full sales cycle—from hunting new prospects to closing enterprise deals—and partner with our technical team to deliver secure, scalable solutions that accelerate the client journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hunt for new business and logos within the Smart Cities & Urban Development vertical.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, leading the sales strategy and overcoming objections.
  • Push upgrades with growth plans to maximize revenue.
  • Map prospective accounts around organizational structure, technology, and key stakeholders.
  • Engage senior executives in targeted accounts and orchestrate high‑level discussions around business needs.
  • Demonstrate value through verbal, written, and live product demos, illustrating how customers can capture value with Out Systems.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of quota‑carrying experience selling enterprise solutions in Saudi Arabia.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing, business drivers, and emerging technology trends.
  • Expert in recognizing stages in the buying cycle and handling objections, complaints, and negotiations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—proficient in phone, email, video, and presentation.
  • Technical competence to provide product overviews and insights tailored to customer needs.
  • Desire to thrive in a competitive environment where growth is driven by performance and attitude.
  • Ability to identify opportunity factors, nurture prospects to close, and manage the customer relationship post‑sale.
  • Solid time management skills, capable of working independently or under supervision with high integrity.
  • Background prospects of IT decision makers and passion for the technology industry.
