Job Description
Promote and sell credit cards, personal loans, and other banking products to potential customers. Identify and approach prospective clients through various sales channels, including field sales. Conduct face‑to‑face meetings and presentations to explain product features, benefits, and terms. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities- Generate leads through networking, events, and customer referrals.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure successful conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Educate customers on responsible credit usage and financial management.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Collect and verify required customer documents for applications.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
- Stay updated on banking products, promotions, and competitor offerings.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
- Education & Experience
:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of sales experience in banking, financial services, or related industries. Experience in selling credit cards, loans, or banking products is a plus. - Skills & Competencies
:
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a persuasive approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Goal‑driven, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in a target‑oriented environment. Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into sales. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
