Job Summary:
As a key member of our clients sales team, you will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and developing products, engaging with customers, training detailing professionals, and driving brand visibility and sales across retail, e-commerce, and B2B channels.
We are seeking a passionate and proactive individual to manage retail channels, grow brand visibility, drive sales, and establish our brand as a leader in the detailing community.
Product Knowledge & Training- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers, retailers, and detailers.
- Develop training manuals, video tutorials, and technical guides for product usage.
- Stay updated with global detailing trends and innovations.
- Develop relationships with car detailing studios, workshops, dealerships, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand territory coverage.
- Organize product activations, campaigns, and detailing workshops/events.
- Support digital and retail marketing campaigns through technical content, product launches, and influencer collaborations.
- Participate in car shows, exhibitions, and motor expos to represent the brand.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to refine brand positioning.
- Gather user feedback and technical performance reports to guide R&D.
- Coordinate with the product development team to test new formulas and tools.
- Develop and maintain relationships with automotive retail outlets (auto accessory stores, workshops, detailing centers, supermarkets, etc.).
- Implement in-store branding, shelf placement, and promotional activities.
- Conduct retail training sessions for store staff on product features and usage.
- Monitor retail performance and generate sales reports.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Automotive Engineering, Business preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in the car care/detailing industry or automotive aftermarket will be added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for training and business development.
- Ability to travel locally for retail visits.
