Job Summary

The Channel Partner Advisor is responsible for driving revenue growth through effective engagement, training, and management of Channel Partners (CPs). This role focuses on developing strong partner relationships, ensuring accurate advisory to end clients, and maintaining high standards of partner enablement, compliance awareness, and CRM reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Revenue & Partner Management:
    Generate revenue by managing inquiries and opportunities sourced through Channel Partners; maintain and grow relationships with existing CPs while onboarding new partners; proactively visit key partners to address challenges and strengthen collaboration.
  • Partner Training & Enablement:
    Train and guide new and existing partners, including setup consultants and firms, to improve sales effectiveness and product knowledge; ensure partners aligned with offerings, pricing, terms, documentation, and workflows; provide continuous updates on company processes, UAE free zone regulations, and policy changes.
  • Meetings & Field Activity:
    Conduct a minimum of 35 face‑to‑face meetings per month with active and prospective partners; log all meetings in Zoho CRM with detailed summaries and supporting proof.
  • Communication & Relationship Building:
    Maintain regular communication to nurture long‑term relationships; reinforce engagement through follow‑ups, updates, and support.
  • Technology & Reporting:
    Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred); generate reports and interpret sales and performance data; familiarize with compliance workflows and documentation requirements.
  • Soft Skills:

    Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
