What you will do
  • Hotel Acquisition & Onboarding
    • Identify, approach, and onboard budget hotels, 3‑star, 4‑star, and 5‑star hotels.
    • Conduct meetings and presentations to explain company services.
    • Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms.
    • Ensure hotels complete all onboarding requirements including documentation and portal setup.
  • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, sales managers, revenue managers, and GMs.
    • Act as a point of contact for partner hotels.
    • Support hotels on pricing, portal usage, and revenue strategies.
  • Revenue Growth & Performance Tracking
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly onboarding targets.
    • Drive hotel engagement to increase bookings and revenue.
    • Monitor hotel performance and recommend improvements.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis
    • Track hospitality trends and competitor activity.
    • Identify high‑potential hotel clusters for expansion.
    • Provide insights to improve onboarding processes.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination
    • Coordinate with marketing, operations, content, and tech teams.
    • Ensure hotel information, rates, and images are accurate.
Who are we looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 2‑5 years of experience in hotel sales, OTA, travel tech, or hotel contracting.
  • Strong UAE hotel industry network.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of OTAs, channel managers, and hotel revenue models.
  • Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
  • UAE driving license is a must.
