Position: Assistant Manager - Export Sales (Auto Spare Parts Sector)-Iran Market

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager for Export Sales in the Auto Spare Parts Sector focused on the Iran Market. This role is pivotal in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the auto spare parts industry, particularly in relation to the Iranian market, and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in our objectives and deliver exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the Iran market.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, distributors, and partners in the auto spare parts sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the Iranian market.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Iranian market.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet changing market conditions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and enhance brand visibility.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.

  • Proven experience in export sales, specifically within the auto spare parts industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Iranian market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Proficient in negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Persian (Farsi) is a must.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and attend industry events.
