What You'll Do:
As a Sales Lead for New Business in the MEA market, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential leads into strategic partnerships predominantly with large clients to ensure a stable and long-lasting with Criteo. You will leverage advanced Sales Enablement tools and proven commercial methodologies to drive growth and position Criteo as a trusted partner in the AdTech space.
You will also lead a sales team to ensure that overall New Business target is delivered and that Criteo’s SOV is growing.
Expand Criteo direct client base in the MEA market by efficiently managing all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing and client onboardin
Develop and lead strategic action plans to consistently hit and exceed revenue targets individually and as a team.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior decision-makers across complex organizations acting as trusted advisor to clients and combining strategic insight with strong communication and presence
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and experts including Technical, Marketing, Product and Account Management to win and grow complex opportunities
Utilize tools such as Salesforce CRM, Similar Web, and Linked In Sales Navigatorto optimize pipeline development and conversion.
Represent Criteo at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, positioning yourself as a thought leader in the space.
Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture by sharing best practices and supporting others through engaging in peer mentoring and coaching
Who You Are:Senior-level direct (non-agencies) sales executive with a strong network of e-commerce and D2C clients in the MEA region ( specifically in the UAE, Saudi, Qatar and Kuwait ) and track record of closing high-value deals with clients.
Demonstrated success in complex and multiproduct technology sales, ideally within theAdTech / Mar Tech industry.
Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage with C-level stakeholders,understanding their strategic marketing goals and business needs
Strategic thinker with excellent pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.
Strong executive presence, confident communicator who inspires trust and clarity.
Natural leader and team player who thrives in collaborative deal environments.
Autonomous, strategic, and comfortable navigating complexity with maturity, influence and resilience.
Analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
Active in social selling and industry engagement to elevate both personal and company brand visibility, with network in relevant market
