Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote the company’s financial advisory, corporate, and digital solutions.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored information about mortgage consultancy, financing brokerage, and corporate services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and client engagement.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide detailed information about service offerings.
  • Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into active customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, company services, and competitor offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and ethical standards during all client interactions.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related customer engagement role.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively over the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing leads and follow-ups.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting performance targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Excellent listening skills to understand client needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales or engagement targets.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company’s values and services.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn about new services.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
