Job Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Associate to support international growth initiatives for advanced insurance software solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with insurance and reinsurance clients, and supporting early-stage enterprise sales activities across global markets.

This position is ideal for professionals with prior exposure to insurance operations and enterprise software sales who can effectively engage senior stakeholders and support complex sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of business development strategies across target international markets
  • Identify and qualify leads within insurance and reinsurance organizations
  • Conduct prospect outreach and manage initial client discussions
  • Assist in opportunity development and pipeline management
  • Coordinate with presales and product teams for demos and solution discussions
  • Support preparation of client presentations, proposals, and RFP responses
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reports
  • Research market trends, competitors, and digital transformation initiatives in insurance
  • Participate in industry events, client meetings, and networking forums as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–15 years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement
  • Prior experience in insurance software, Insur Tech, or enterprise technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations (policy, underwriting, claims, compliance)
  • Experience in lead generation, opportunity qualification, and relationship management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as required

Preferred Profile

  • Exposure to Middle East or global insurance markets
  • Experience supporting enterprise or SaaS sales cycles
