We are seeking an Account Executive who is ready to Egnyte their career. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who has a passion for selling, an appetite to develop their skills, is invested in their career growth, and wants to be rewarded and recognized for their successes.
Your primary responsibility will be to close new business opportunities across the MENA (Middle East & North Africa) Mid-Market and Enterprise marketplaces – directly and through partners.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:- Develop go-to-market strategies and tactics within your assigned territory and accounts.
- Be responsible for pipeline generation in partnership with Marketing, Sales Development and Channel teams.
- Manage your pipeline and path to number projections for 2 quarters (at a minimum) at any given time.
- Maintain and mature a rolling pipeline of opportunities.
- Keep deal notes and account plans up to date on a weekly basis (at a minimum).
- Consistent momentum and consultative sales methodology with active follow up and structured alignments via Mutual Action Plans and other best practices.
- Lead the coordination of Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, Install renewals/expansions, Channel teams, Deal Desk, and Legal in deals.
- Attend Forecasts, Deal Reviews, and Customer Experience meetings prepared with your inputs and recommended outputs.
- Attain monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals by leading, shaping and executing deals.
- Lead your handovers on your accounts from sales to post sales teams (Customer Success, Professional Services, Solutions Engineers, Principal Solutions Architects, and Channel as applicable).
- Become an expert in the Egnyte portfolio, with the ability to articulate the value, present capabilities and bring to life for each customer.
- Use company applications such as Salesforce, Outreach and Gong to manage, document and close opportunities.
- Follow and contribute to regional best practices, ROE, and deal orchestration.
- Travel to customer and partner sites, Egnyte internal on-site meetings and trade shows/conferences.
- Ability to work remotely and 3 days minimum in office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential
- Successful track record in a quota-carrying sales role.
- Demonstrable experience in managing multiple deals simultaneously.
- 2+ years of direct sales experience.
- Demonstrated executive level selling.
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Arabic (French, Hindi, Urdu, Farsi, and/or Tagalog is a plus).
- Ability to commute to on-site meetings and networking events / conferences.
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS / tech industry.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Formally trained in a sales methodology (e.g MEDDIC).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
