• Growing a portfolio of clients across sectors like hospitality, retail and entertainment
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through to closing deals
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers and marketing teams
• Identifying new opportunities, creating tailored proposals and pitching media solutions
• Working closely with sales and marketing to shape outreach campaigns and sales plans
• Keeping the pipeline updated and tracking performance against targets

• 3 to 7 years in B2B sales, ideally in media, advertising or marketing services
• A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable in front of senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage your own desk, prioritise outreach and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
• A team-first mindset with the hunger to learn, improve and grow your career
