The company delivers innovative and reliable solutions to e-commerce platforms, grocery retailers, food distributors, restaurants, meal service providers, and major supply chain partners across the UAE and wider MENA region, supported by strong manufacturing capabilities.

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join a growing team in Dubai. This role focuses on driving new business, building and managing client relationships, and promoting a range of cooling and cold chain products across the UAE and GCC markets. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and motivated by achieving sales growth in a competitive market.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key decision-makers.
• Promote Cold Cool’s cold chain and cooling solutions to potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, commerce or related field.
• MBA or other advanced qualifications are considered an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in cold chain, logistics, or industrial products.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
