As part of its UAE expansion strategy, the company is strengthening its commercial team with a senior outbound sales profile to drive institutional adoption.

Overview

Outbound Senior Sales Executive is a hunter-focused, senior individual contributor role responsible for building and owning the UAE sales pipeline from the ground up.

This role requires a commercially driven professional with strong outbound sales discipline
, capable of navigating complex institutional environments, engaging senior decision-makers, and converting pilots into long-term contracts. The role will be instrumental in accelerating market penetration across education and health-adjacent institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Entry & Pipeline Ownership
    • Build and own a qualified outbound sales pipeline across the UAE, with clear revenue targets and conversion metrics.
    • Identify, map, and proactively approach target institutions including school groups, education authorities, and relevant health-related bodies
      .
    • Develop account-level strategies for large, multi-site institutions and government-linked entities.
  • Outbound & Hunter Sales Execution
    • Drive high-volume, high-quality outbound activity (meetings, presentations, pilots) with a strong focus on new logo acquisition.
    • Execute structured prospecting through direct outreach, referrals, events, and strategic networking.
    • Lead discovery conversations to uncover institutional needs, budget cycles, procurement processes, and decision frameworks.
    • Design and position pilot programs as conversion tools, ensuring clear success metrics and stakeholder alignment.
    • Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining margin discipline and long-term account value.
  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management
    • Build trusted relationships with senior institutional stakeholders
      , including principals, group CEOs, board members, and procurement leaders.
    • Navigate multi-layered decision‑making structures typical of UAE institutions.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with technical, clinical, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
    • Act as the commercial voice of the market, feeding structured insights into product and leadership teams.
  • Reporting & Performance Discipline
    • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene
      , forecasting accuracy, and pipeline visibility.
    • Track and report KPIs including pipeline value, conversion ratios, deal velocity, and win rates.
    • Provide regular market feedback, competitor intelligence, and pricing insights.
  • Brand & Market Presence
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions
      , supporting brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Act as a senior commercial ambassador in the UAE market.
Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of B2B or institutional sales experience in the UAE
    , ideally in a hunter or outbound-focused role.
  • Proven experience building pipelines from scratch and closing complex, consultative deals.
  • Background in Health Tech, Med Tech, SaaS, EdTech, or solution-based technology sales is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of UAE institutional ecosystems
    , including education, healthcare, procurement, and regulatory environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence long sales cycles.
  • Highly structured approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and commercial storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable working in a growth-stage or market‑expansion environment

  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across Emirates.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
