The Marketing Manager – Automotive will lead and execute hands‑on digital marketing and CRM strategies to drive qualified leads, sales conversions, and customer engagement across global automotive markets. The role encompasses automotive retail, trading, import/export, and international operations with performance‑driven campaign management, ensuring alignment with Legend Motors’s brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize performance‑driven digital campaigns across Google, Meta, automotive portals, and social platforms targeting global automotive markets.
- Manage daily campaign execution including audience targeting, creatives, budgets, and A/B testing.
- Drive high‑quality leads for automotive retail, trading, import/export, and international vehicle sales.
- Adapt campaigns based on international buyer behavior and global automotive trends.
- Own the CRM system end‑to‑end, managing lead capture, allocation, nurturing, and conversion for global markets.
- Design and implement market‑specific lead qualification, scoring, and routing frameworks for retail, trading, and export customers.
- Build and manage automated workflows for showroom leads, trading inquiries, bulk orders, and international buyers.
- Ensure seamless CRM integration with Sales, Export, Trading, and Operations teams, maintaining high data accuracy.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, CPL, ROI, and conversion metrics across global geographies.
- Monitor KPIs such as lead quality, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and retention for international operations.
- Identify funnel gaps and recommend optimization actions to improve sales outcomes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards with global insights for management.
- Manage the end‑to‑end digital customer journey for international buyers, including websites, landing pages, chat, Whats App, and social channels.
- Ensure fast response SLAs and professional engagement across multiple time zones.
- Monitor customer feedback and digital engagement metrics to enhance satisfaction.
- Brand, Content & Marketing Execution
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all digital and offline marketing initiatives globally.
- Support showroom launches, international promotions, trade exhibitions, and export campaigns through digital amplification and CRM tracking.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop market‑relevant content, offers, and promotional assets for global automotive buyers.
- Work closely with Sales, Export, Trading, Logistics, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with inventory, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Support sales teams with CRM training, lead performance insights, and international market intelligence.
- Decision‑Making Authority & Responsibility
- Authorized to manage day‑to‑day digital campaigns and CRM workflows targeting international markets.
- Major campaign investments, platform changes, and budget allocations to be aligned with and approved by the General Manager.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience with mandatory automotive exposure.
- Preferred:
Experience in automotive import/export, trading, retail, and global markets. - Proven experience managing multi‑country digital campaigns and CRM lead funnels.
- Prior experience in international dealerships, distributors, trading houses, or OEMs is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of automotive retail, trading, import/export, and global markets.
- In‑depth knowledge of CRM platforms, lead management, and marketing automation.
- Familiarity with international automotive customer buying behavior, pricing dynamics, and digital platforms.
