Job Summary
Deliver sales services and administrative tasks, engaging in basic technical and routine sales activities. Utilize computerized systems for data tracking, information collection, and problem resolution. May answer customer inquiries and resolve issues under close supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Address incoming web-based customer queries to meet their needs and achieve sale closure.
- Generate sales through outbound calls to website-generated leads, ensuring a smooth sales process.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to product coverage, policy terms, and conditions, striving for first call resolution.
- Meet predetermined sales targets set by management.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to regulatory targets within territorial limits.
- Strong customer focus, excellent interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication, ability to exercise judgement, organize workflow, and work well in a team environment.
- Basic system navigation, Microsoft application skills, and good keyboard skills are also required.
- Drive for results, listening skills, peer relationships, personal learning, priority setting, and problem-solving are essential competencies.
- This role is eligible for sales incentive compensation and offers an entry point into professional roles, typically reporting to international markets.
