Agency Account Executive&Sales - Russian Speaker

GetAD is a growing creative advertising agency based in Dubai, offering integrated marketing solutions across Outdoor Advertising, Indoor Digital Screens, and Digital Marketing. Our clients span diverse industries, from real estate developers to fashion brands and hospitality companies.

As the company scales, we are looking for a driven Account Manager & Sales Agent to join our team and take an active role in expanding client relationships and generating new business.

• Client Relationship Management
  • Take over the daily management of existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Act as the main point of contact for ongoing clients, providing regular updates, campaign support, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of client services on time and at the highest quality.
• New Business Development
  • Identify new leads through research, networking, and inbound/outbound efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and commercial offers to potential clients.
  • Work with internal teams to tailor marketing and advertising solutions based on client needs.
  • Follow up with prospects to convert leads into active clients.
• Upselling & Growth
  • Analyze existing client activity and identify opportunities for additional services (e.g. from Outdoor to Digital, or Digital to Indoor).
  • Strategically pitch upsells and new service packages to current clients to increase overall account value.
• Reporting & Tracking
  • Maintain accurate records of client communication, sales activities, and performance metrics.
  • Provide weekly reports to the CEO and leadership team regarding client status and new business performance.

• 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or client-facing sales roles (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Russian.
• Knowledge of advertising/marketing services (outdoor, digital, branding).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Solution-driven, highly organized, and motivated to exceed targets.
