Snag Property Inspection Services is a leading inspection and technical services firm operating across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We support developers, property managers, owners’ associations, and individual property owners with high-quality technical assessments and reporting.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to lead and grow our business in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, confidence in managing B2B and B2C clients, and the ability to communicate the value of technical inspection services. This role focuses fully on the UAE and works closely with the operations and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full UAE sales cycle from lead handling to closing
  • Develop new business opportunities with developers, PMs, OAs, facility managers, consultants, and homeowners
  • Conduct daily follow-ups on UAE leads and maintain an active pipeline
  • Prepare client proposals in coordination with Operations
  • Attend meetings, site visits, and client presentations
  • Maintain CRM records and provide weekly and monthly sales performance updates
  • Support marketing with insights and participate in industry events when required
Requirements
  • 5–7 years of experience in real estate, construction, or technical services
  • Strong UAE market knowledge
  • Experience with B2B and B2C service sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English;
    Arabic is an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving licence
Package
  • Salary: AED 6,000–8,000 (depending on experience)
