Operations Support Executive - Dubizzle Cars

Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by managing inquiries, responding to customer requests, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in setting up packages, payment plans, maintaining client database in the systems, and ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating communication and coordination to expedite sales processes and resolve issues effectively.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales support processes and procedures, implementing enhancements to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and customer service in all interactions, reflecting positively on the company's brand and reputation.
- Schedule and manage the photography requests.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to elevate and resolve complex issues promptly.
- Cater to customer inquiries related to their accounts, providing timely and professional support.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English and Arabic.
- A minimum of secondary education.
- At least 1‑2 years of experience in a sales support and customer support role.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems and CRM is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in sales operations, including knowledge of sales processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications:
Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar. - Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and multi‑tasking skills.
