The Sales Support Associate assists all sales activities and monitors progress made to achieve the budget targets, on a corporate level, on a department level and on the level of individual client managers.
Responsibilities- Assisting the Sales Controller
- Engaging in all CRM activities, staying updated on its features to maximize system benefits
- Generating reports as required
- Liaising closely with marketing, finance, sales support, and operations to keep clients updated
- Pre-qualifying and coordinating with the sales controller to handle new leads
- Following up on existing cold/warm leads
- Cold calling/emailing old existing leads to check their continued interest and assigning them to the relevant Sales personnel
- Closely monitoring quality of leads, conversions and the whole process
- Preparing and managing monthly attendance of the Sales team
- Generating reports and data for weekly sales meetings and as and when required
- Preparing presentations and analyzing sales reports
- Increasing data consistency in Zoho CRM
- Fluent proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Zoho)
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or a related role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry
- Effective time management and planning capabilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- International team (over 60 nationalities)
