Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in sea & land freight
- Promote TAD Logistics’ services across the UAE & GCC
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- 2–3 years’ experience in freight forwarding sales (sea & land)
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals
- Strong knowledge of UAE logistics and 3PL operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office
- UAE driver’s license (preferred)
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
