Job DescriptionSupply Onboarding Agent
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Onboarding Agent to join our team in the car buying sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting customers through the initial stages of their car buying journey, ensuring a seamless, supportive, and engaging experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Onboarding:
Guide customers through the onboarding process, including account setup, document submission, and understanding their needs/preferences. Provide clear instructions for completing any required paperwork or digital forms. - Customer Support:
Address customer inquiries related to the car buying process via phone, email, or chat. Proactively communicate updates on the status of their application or purchase. - Education & Guidance:
Explain the car buying process, financing options, and other related services to customers in a straightforward and approachable manner. Offer product and service recommendations based on customer preferences and budget. - Data Management:
Accurately record and update customer information in CRM tools or company databases. Ensure compliance with all data security and confidentiality standards. Work closely with sales, finance, and support teams to ensure customers are matched with the right options. Provide feedback on improving the onboarding experience.
- Previous experience in customer service, onboarding, or a related role (experience in automotive or sales preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic digital platforms.
- Customer-first mindset with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
