As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing the business’s clientele in the region by leveraging professional connections, demonstrating executive presence and a compelling value proposition for Clever Tap products. The role requires a hands‑on mindset and a strong hunter mentality in the SaaS sales environment, with a proven track record of closing new business.

What Will You Do
  • Own the business targets for the respective account patch and cross‑sell / upsell opportunities in the designated patch
  • Establish and build relationships with key customers and prospects, understand their needs, and create a compelling value proposition
  • Interact with prospects and customers, give product demos and presentations, and work through the sales cycle to achieve Q‑o‑Q sales quota
  • Negotiate agreements with prospects / customers to close deals
  • Work with partners and scale the business through them
  • Manage Salesforce data daily, including meeting notes and sales funnel updates
What Are We Looking For? Must Have
  • 6+ years of experience in Account Management
  • Experience working in a startup with a go‑getting, hands‑on approach in a high‑growth sales organization
  • Strong network within the potential customer ecosystem
  • Conceptual understanding of APIs, Webhooks, SDKs, Cloud, and SaaS technologies
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to build relationships
Good To Have
  • Understanding of the Mar Tech domain
  • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Measures Of Success
  • Revenue achievement (booking, ARR)
  • Revenue retention (NRR)
  • Sustainable revenue growth (CAC: LTV)
Key Competencies
  • Mobile marketing expertise and Mar Tech understanding; result‑oriented
  • Problem solving, consultative selling, communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills
