Dubai, United Arab Emirates 📌 Job Type: Full-Time 📅 Experience Level: Mid-Level (2+ Years Preferred) 💰 Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 per month (plus incentives/commission)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team and help drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for presenting our products or services clearly and persuasively, negotiating terms, closing deals, and maintaining ongoing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role plays a key part in supporting our sales strategy and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify sales opportunities and generate new business through outbound and inbound channels (cold calls, networking, referrals).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Present, demonstrate, and explain features and benefits of products/services to customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed individual and team targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, customer service, product) to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to support product improvements and sales strategy.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Skills

Strong sales capabilities:
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).

Negotiation and closing skills with a customer‑centric approach.

Ability to build and nurture long‑term client relationships.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
